TRADE YOUR CURRENT MACHINE TOWARD YOUR NEXT ONE
If you already own a pinball machine, we’ll consider it for trade toward another new or pre-owned machine from CMK.
Trade-in values are based on the machine’s current market value, condition, age, demand, play count, modifications, service needs and the costs involved in transporting and preparing the machine for resale.
A trade-in offer will generally be lower than private-party or retail value. In exchange, you get a much simpler transaction: one company handles the trade, delivery and setup of your next machine.
BOUGHT YOUR MACHINE FROM CMK?
Eligible new machines purchased from CMK may qualify for our 80% Trade-Up Program.
Trade an eligible machine back to CMK within two years of purchase and receive up to 80% of your original purchase price in trade credit toward another eligible machine.
The final trade value is based on the machine’s condition, current market value and demand at the time of trade, with a maximum credit of 80% of the original purchase price.
HOW THE TRADE-IN PROCESS WORKS
1. Tell Us About Your Machine
Send us the title, manufacturer, condition, location, approximate play count if available, and several clear photos.
2. We Review the Machine
We’ll evaluate the information you provide along with current market conditions and give you an estimated trade or purchase offer.
3. We Inspect It
Final value is confirmed after we inspect the machine and verify its condition, operation and completeness.
4. Apply the Credit Toward Your Next Machine
If you’re trading, the agreed trade value is applied directly toward your next purchase from CMK.
When practical, we may be able to coordinate pickup of your trade at the same time we deliver your next machine.
WHAT MACHINES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We consider a wide range of modern and classic pinball machines.
We’re especially interested in clean, complete and properly functioning games, but that doesn’t mean a machine has to be perfect. If yours needs some work, tell us what you know and send photos. We’ll let you know whether it makes sense for us.
Machines with unusual modifications, significant cabinet or playfield damage, missing parts or known mechanical/electrical issues may receive a lower valuation or may not be a fit.
